The MDCAT test was conducted across Pakistan on September 22, 2024, with thousands of aspiring medical students participating from all provinces. In Sindh, DUHS (Dow University of Health Sciences) conducted the test, while UHS (University of Health Sciences) was responsible in Punjab, and ETEA (Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency) oversaw the exam in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK).
